
Gravy for buckwheat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding liquid. The more water you add, the thinner the sauce will be. Wash and peel the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and carrot.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Sauté onion and carrot until soft.

Add diced bell pepper. You can also add frozen vegetables (if available). Simmer together until tender, then stir in tomato paste and a little water. Continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes.
