Pork stew with sour cream

This dish goes well with almost any side dish. The tender sauce gives the meat a special flavor and never remains on the plates. A simple recipe for pork in sour cream sauce is very popular. I'll share my version of this delicious dish: 1. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil on a skillet until slightly golden brown. 2. Peel the onion and finely chop it, then add to the meat and fry for about 10 minutes. 3. Add water, salt, and spices to the meat and onion mixture. Simmer until partially cooked. 4. Mix flour with water, add sour cream, and pour the resulting sauce over the meat. Simmer until fully cooked. That's it—simple and delicious.
