Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare the liver sauce, clean the liver from membranes and slice it. Liver cooks quickly, so you won't spend much time preparing the sauce. You can add a tablespoon of sour cream or pour in some cream diluted with water. But you can also do without it. Serve hot.
