Chicken gravy with sour cream

   Cut the chicken into pieces of the desired size. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or saucepan and fry the chicken pieces.

   While the chicken is frying in the cauldron, peel the onion and chop it finely. Fry the onion in a frying pan. When it becomes transparent, add flour and sour cream. Mix thoroughly and simmer for about 5 minutes.

   Pour the sauce from the frying pan into the pot with the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until the chicken is cooked. After about 30 minutes, it's ready to taste :) If desired, add a few minced garlic cloves.
