Description

Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. We'll make the sauce using plums as the base. Peel the plums, chop them finely, and blend with a blender. Then place the plums in a pot to simmer, adding herbs and spices. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

    To prepare the sauce, you will need plums (preferably sour varieties), chili pepper, a bunch of cilantro, garlic, salt, and sugar.

    Wash the plums, then peel them.

    Grind the prepared plums in a blender into a homogeneous mass.

    Wash a large bunch of cilantro thoroughly and finely chop.

    Peel and finely chop 2 medium garlic cloves. Wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and also finely chop.
