Description

The recipe won't take much time. Finely chop the vegetables for the sauce. First, sauté the onion and carrots in a multicooker. Then add the spices and tomato paste. Simmer. Next, add the herbs and sauté for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.

    Turn on the multicooker in the "Fry" mode for 15 minutes. We are using the PHILIPS 3095 multicooker. Pour in the oil, and when it heats up, fry the onion and garlic until translucent.
