Sauce for cheese cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Make the patties as you normally would. Fry them in a pan, then place them in a deep baking dish and pour over a sauce made of cheese and milk. Bake and serve. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

You can use ready-made minced meat or prepare it yourself. I had a piece of beef and a piece of pork (minced through a meat grinder), add a couple of slices of bread soaked in milk. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage (can be replaced with white cabbage) and onion using a blender or the meat grinder. Add 1 egg to the meat mixture, then add rice, salt, spices, and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Form small patties from the minced meat, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil on one side. Flip them over, add a little water, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat. When the water has evaporated, remove the lid and brown the second side.

Step 3

Place the collets in a baking dish. I did not grease the dish.

Step 4

Sauce: Mix milk, soft cheese (I used "Yantar Svet" cheese), and garlic into a smooth mixture using an immersion blender.
- 5
Step 5

Pour the sauce over the cutlets and place in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6

Done! It's super delicious when hot! Serve with any side dish and a fresh vegetable salad.
