Gravy for potato casserole
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The sauce for the casserole is made from pork sausage, the kind used for grilling. You can substitute it with ground meat. Besides pork, you can use chicken, beef, or turkey. For preparing this dish, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and soak them in cold water to remove the starch. Serve hot.
