Pork gravy with onions
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cut the pork into pieces, marinate, then fry and simmer. This sauce goes well with potatoes in any form and with cereals. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

To prepare pork marinated in soy sauce, you will need: pork meat, onion, cooking oil, paprika, wine vinegar (9%), soy sauce, and salt.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the pork across the grain into small pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Sprinkle with paprika, salt less than usual (remember that soy sauce contains a lot of salt), mix and let stand for 5 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Place the meat in a frying pan with heated oil and fry over medium heat, stirring, until juice begins to release, about 5 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

When the pork starts releasing juice, cover it with a lid and slightly reduce the heat.
- 6
Step 6

Meanwhile, prepare the onion — slice it into half-rings.
- 7
Step 7

After 20 minutes, when the meat becomes tender enough, the released juice has evaporated, and the pieces begin to brown, add 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, mix well, cover with a lid, and fry for another 3 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

Then add the onion, mix and continue cooking covered, stirring occasionally, until the onion becomes translucent and golden (about 5-7 minutes).
- 9
Step 9

Serve the finished dish hot with your favorite side dish, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
