
Gravy from dried mushrooms
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you have a large supply of dried mushrooms and don't know what to do with them, use this recipe. Any mushrooms will work. The sauce made from porcini mushrooms tastes the best, as they have a pleasant nutty aroma reminiscent of the forest and autumn. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Place the mushrooms in a bowl and pour hot water over them. Let them soak for 1-2 hours. After the required time, transfer the mushrooms to a colander and thoroughly rinse under running water.

Peel and chop the onion, and peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Heat a frying pan with olive oil, add the onion and fry until translucent, then add the garlic.

After the garlic, add the mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the parsley and add it to the other ingredients.

Pour in the wine and simmer the mushrooms for about 30 minutes. If necessary, add water as needed.

At the very end, pour in the heavy cream, mix well, and season with spices to taste. Simmer for a couple more minutes, then remove from heat. Serve with boiled pasta or another side dish.
