Gravy from dried mushrooms
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can diversify your diet by using sauces made from various ingredients, particularly mushrooms. Almost every homemaker has a bundle of dried forest mushrooms in the kitchen. No oyster mushrooms or button mushrooms can match the aroma and rich flavor of real porcini, boletus, or even chanterelles. A sauce made from such mushrooms will make any of your dishes taste completely new. The ready dish can be served at the table.
