Tomato sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For preparing tomato sauce, you can use aromatic herbs—thyme, basil, and bay leaf, three sprigs each. However, you may add any herbs or greens to taste, such as oregano, cilantro, dill, or parsley. It's best to add these greens five minutes before the tomato sauce is done. You can blend the sauce in a blender or strain it through a sieve until smooth. Store the prepared sauce in the refrigerator. Serve hot. Good luck!
