    Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel the onion and carrot, and rinse them in water together with the pepper. Remove the seeds from the pepper by cutting off the top and rinsing the inside of the vegetable.

    Finely chop the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onion. Fry for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
