Chicken Liver Gravy
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chicken liver sauce should be cooked quite quickly, because if you fry or stew the liver for too long, it will become tough. Five minutes of frying and five minutes in milk. Check that the cooked liver doesn't release any blood. Milk can be replaced with a mixture of broth, sour cream, and ketchup. It will be very, very tasty! Especially if you don't forget the spices. Serve chicken liver sauce over buckwheat, mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta. Good luck and serve hot.
