Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, we thoroughly rinse the meat and cut it into small pieces about 2-2.5 cm wide.
- 2
Step 2

Now pour vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) into the multicooker bowl and set it to the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes. Add the sliced meat to the bowl and fry it, covered, for 8 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

After that, add the flour to the bowl, mix everything and fry the meat for another 5 minutes, then transfer it to a clean plate.
- 4
Step 4

Then add another spoonful of oil to the multicooker bowl and place the chopped onion and grated carrot into it. Fry the vegetables under the lid until the cooking cycle ends.
- 5
Step 5

After the mode ends, transfer the meat to the bowl, add tomato paste, salt everything, and season with spices.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the beef broth over all the ingredients and mix, cover with a lid and cook the sauce for 1.5 hours on the "Stewing" setting.
- 7
Step 7

Now you can calmly prepare the side dish, and when the sauce is ready, the multicooker will sound an alert, after which we'll only need to serve the dinner onto plates. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
