Chicken sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This sauce can be used to enhance any porridge, pasta, or potato side dishes (mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes). Any parts of the chicken carcass, including the offal, are perfect for making the sauce. I used to use chicken fillet more often, but now I buy chicken meat (stew cuts), which makes the sauce richer and more flavorful. The finished dish is ready to be served.
