1. Wash the pork, remove the fat if there is too much, and cut it into thin strips. Heat the pan until very hot. Fry the meat in batches, in a single layer, with a small amount of vegetable oil until a crispy crust forms. Do not season with salt and pepper yet.

2. Place all the meat into a frying pan. Pour in all the collected juice. Add a little salt and pepper. Pour in meat broth, enough to almost cover the meat. Add hot pepper. Simmer until the liquid has evaporated. Stir occasionally. Add more broth. Continue simmering.

3. Slice the onion into half-rings. Fry the onion in a separate pan until translucent. Add the cooked onion to the meat. The dish is ready. Serve with a side dish. It goes well with boiled rice.
