
Pork stir-fry in a Redmond multicooker
Description
At the end of cooking the meat, you can add green peas (canned, fresh, or frozen). Also, don't forget to sprinkle the dish with green onions or parsley and cook a side dish. The stew will taste best served with mashed potatoes or rice.

1. For preparing this dish, I usually use fat-free meat. Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces.

2. Immediately place the sliced onion at the bottom of the multicooker pot and sauté for about 1 minute in the "Sauté" mode.

3. Now remove the onion and start frying the meat. Use the same setting.

4. When the meat acquires a light golden color, add the already cooked onion to it. Mix everything well and add spices, salt, and one multicup of water.

5. When the multicooker turns off, our sauté is ready. If desired, you can add cream or tomato paste during the meat cooking process. This sauce will perfectly complement the side dish.
