Description

The recipe for preparing pork fried meat in a multicooker is great because the meat turns out very juicy, and the vegetable gravy can be used to serve side dishes. If desired, tomato sauce can be replaced with fresh tomatoes, previously peeled.

    1. First of all, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onions and chop them finely into small cubes or half-rings. Wash the carrots, dry them, and cut into strips. Garlic can be pressed through a garlic press or finely chopped with a knife.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and turn on the "Frying" mode. Add the vegetables to the heated oil and fry until slightly softened, stirring occasionally.

Depending on the size of the meat pieces, pork stew in a multicooker will be ready in 25–45 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish, garnished with fresh herbs.
