Turkey stir-fry

Description

The recipe won't take much time. I received a huge home-raised turkey from my relatives—my relatives are really great. I didn't really feel like roasting the whole bird, but different parts allowed me to prepare many interesting dishes. I suddenly felt like making something special, spicy, a real flavor celebration, so to speak :) I cooked turkey stir-fry using a friend's recipe. I like this recipe because it's quick to prepare and results in a delicious dish. The addition of vegetables makes it healthy, and also gives the dish a wonderful juiciness. Read my recipe carefully.
