Beef kidneys in a pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Fried kidneys can be served with a side of potatoes, pasta, rice, or buckwheat. Alternatively, serve them mixed with vegetables as a standalone dish. There is no characteristic offal smell here, so no one will guess what's on their plate. Serve the dish warm. Serve hot.
