Mix softened margarine, cottage cheese, and flour to form a dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After that, dust the surface with flour. Roll out half of the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out the shapes using a glass.

Fold each circle in half. Sprinkle the pieces with sugar. Fold again and sprinkle with sugar once more. Prepare the second part of the dough in exactly the same way.
