Pilaf in 30 minutes in a pan
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I prefer to cook pilaf in a skillet with chicken fillet to ensure that the meat cooks thoroughly and remains tender within 30 minutes. I rinse and dry the rice beforehand, but you can do this during the time you're sautéing the chicken and vegetables. The finished dish can be served immediately.
