
Pilaf in Redmond Multicooker
Description
Pilaf has long become a favorite dish for many Russians. It is prepared in various ways—using cauldrons, pots, and frying pans. I suggest you try making pilaf in a multicooker (I used a Redmond brand multicooker). The result will be simply amazing. Shall we give it a try? Then read on.

Cut the pork into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion with garlic.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Select the "Frying" mode and fry the pieces of meat.

Rinse the rice under cold running water. Rinse until the water becomes clear.

Turn off the "Sauté" mode. Add the onion with garlic and carrots to the multicooker.

Mix the vegetables well, add salt and spices.

Pour the rice into the multicooker and add water to cover the ingredients. Select the "Boiling-Standard" program, set the cooking time to 1 hour.
