Pilaf with pork ribs
Description
Of course, this isn't quite the classic recipe for pilaf with pork ribs, simply because I don't care for traditional pilaf additions like barberries, whole garlic, and such. Although, of course, this method of preparing pilaf with pork ribs doesn't forbid you from following the traditional technique and making the pilaf exactly as it should be. In any case, I wish you happy and enjoyable cooking!

Step 1

1. Heat the oil in a cauldron, then season the ribs with salt and pepper, and sear them until golden brown.

Step 2

2. We'll also sauté the onion and carrot until golden. To make it faster and prevent burning, I sauté them separately in a frying pan.

Step 3

3. Add the washed rice to the cauldron, mix well so that the rice absorbs the oil, then pour in water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. At the very end, add salt, pepper, and the fried mixture from the frying pan.

Step 4

4. If the rice seems a bit pale, I recommend adding a little curry when you salt and pepper it. Good luck!
