
Pilaf with pork and dried fruits
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can cook pilaf using either short-grain or long-grain rice. In addition to raisins and dried apricots, prunes can also be used as dried fruit. Pilaf can be cooked not only in a frying pan, but also in a cauldron or a multicooker. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Pour oil into a skillet, add the sliced meat, onion, and grated carrot. Fry everything for 2-3 minutes.
