1. The sequence below will help you figure out how to prepare pilaf with pork and mushrooms. First, prepare all the ingredients. Finely chop the onion and put it in a frying pan to sauté. Cook until it slightly changes color.

2. Add the chopped carrots to the onions. Fry for about 10 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms to the vegetable mixture. Fry until the mushrooms release their juice. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
