Pilaf with oyster mushrooms
Description
This recipe won't take much time. I'm sharing a simple recipe for pilaf with oyster mushrooms. I used to always stick to the classics—cooking pilaf only with lamb, in a cauldron, and properly taking no less than two hours. But then I realized that such "experimental" versions of pilaf can be just as delicious. For example, this pilaf—though it's vegetarian—is incredibly tasty, you can't even imagine! Be sure to try it. Serve hot.
