Pilaf with dried fruits in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Of course, children love pilaf with dried fruits the most. Even if rice porridge and meat pilaf aren't among their favorite dishes, kids will happily eat this pilaf without any fuss: the rice turns out sweet and fluffy, while the dried fruits become so juicy and aromatic that there's no room for tantrums—just hurry up and eat it all before it cools down! :) I'll gladly tell you more. The ready dish can now be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the rice well until the water runs clear.
- 2
Step 2

The same goes for dried fruits. If they are too hard, pour hot water over them and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Cut large dried fruits (apricots, prunes, figs) into small pieces. This is, of course, an optional step, but it will be more convenient to eat this way :)
- 4
Step 4

Place sliced butter into the multicooker bowl. Add dried fruits, then pour in the rice. Pour warm water mixed with honey and spices over the rice (the liquid should cover the rice by 1-2 fingers).
- 5
Step 5

Cook on "Pilaf" or "Rice" mode for half an hour. Then taste the rice—if it's not yet done, add another 10 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Stir the prepared pilaf and serve hot.
