4. Take a 4-5 liter kazan, pour oil into it, and place the kazan on the stove over medium heat. Add the pre-chopped onions and continue simmering over low heat for 8 minutes until golden brown. Add the chicken hearts to the onions. Thoroughly mix the ingredients, add salt to taste, and continue simmering for another 5-7 minutes.

5. As soon as the chicken hearts release their juice, add the carrots and mix well. Then pour boiling water over the pilaf, making sure the vegetables and hearts are completely covered with water. Season with cumin and salt. Mix everything thoroughly, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and cover the pot with a lid. After 15 minutes, check for salt and spices, adding more if desired. Continue cooking for another 30 minutes.

Pour the remaining boiling water over the rice, ensuring the water covers it by 1 cm. Place on the stove over high heat and cook until the rice rises to the surface. Then reduce the heat to medium.

7. Peel the garlic and carefully insert the cloves into the rice. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 7-10 minutes. Taste the rice; it should be almost cooked.
