Pilaf with meat in a multicooker

Description

The recipe won't take much time. After all, a multicooker is the number one friend and helper in the kitchen! There's hardly anything it can't cook—soups, porridges, side dishes—always delighting our taste buds. Even a complex dish like pilaf, which is tricky to prepare perfectly on a regular stove, turns out excellent in a multicooker: tender juicy meat, fluffy rice, and a truly magical aroma! You can make meat pilaf in a multicooker in ten different ways, but I believe this one is the best—only the vegetables are sautéed, and separately in a pan, while the meat is added raw directly into the multicooker. This makes the dish almost diet-friendly. Serve hot.

Let's try — if the rice is almost ready, we'll switch to "Keep Warm" mode for 5-10 minutes. Mix the finished dish and serve it hot!
