Carrot pilaf
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I use lean pork as the base, which in my opinion works perfectly. I also recommend adding spices for pilaf; without them, it's unlikely to taste this delicious. This pilaf can be cooked not only on the stovetop but also in a multicooker. The finished dish can be served at the table.
