Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. The recipe for pilaf with mussels in a multicooker is quite simple. First, it is advisable to soak the rice in cold water. 2. Meanwhile, wash the carrot, peel it, and grate on a medium grater (or cut into small strips). 3. Peel the onion and dice into small cubes. 4. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl, add the vegetables, and sauté in Fry mode for 5–7 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the mussels and dry them. 6. Add the mussels to the multicooker bowl and sauté with the vegetables for another 3 minutes. 7. Drain and rinse the rice well, then add it to the multicooker. 8. Season with salt and add pilaf spices to taste. 9. Wash the garlic and place it whole into the multicooker. Also, wash and add a bay leaf. 10. Pour in water (enough to be about 2 centimeters above the rice level), then select the Pilaf mode (if unavailable, use Porridge or Grain/Rice mode). 11. Once ready, the homemade pilaf with mussels in the multicooker can be served immediately. Garnish with fresh herbs or lemon slices, for example. The finished dish can be served at once.
