
Pilaf with chanterelles
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Here is a simple recipe for pilaf with chanterelles. First, sauté onion with carrot, then add mushrooms and continue cooking. Next, add pepper and tomatoes, along with spices, and simmer for 10 minutes. Spread a layer of rice on top, insert whole garlic cloves into the rice, and pour in water. Without stirring, bring to a boil, then continue cooking over low heat for another 40 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with fresh herbs, mix gently, and serve. Good luck! Chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil for a few minutes.
