1. First, thoroughly wash the chicken and cut it into large pieces.

2. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.

3. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

4. Now add sunflower oil to the roasting pan, heat it, and sauté the onion for 10 minutes.
