
Chicken pilaf in a multicooker

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking chicken pilaf in a multicooker. Peel and wash the onion and carrots.

Wash the chicken, dry it, and cut into medium-sized pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and heat in "Frying" mode for 3 minutes. Place the chopped chicken into the bowl and fry in the same mode with the lid open for 16-20 minutes, turning the pieces 1-2 times.

Cut the carrots into medium julienne strips and add to the chicken.

Cut the onion into pieces and add to the chicken and carrots.
