Pilaf with turkey
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, supporters of "classic" plov made with lamb or pork might scoff: "What kind of plov can you get from poultry?!" To such people we answer firmly: "A very tasty one!" :) Turkey is not as lean as chicken; its meat is more tender, and at the same time contains little fat, so plov made with turkey turns out both rich and not too caloric—a perfect option for those who not only need to watch their weight, but also don't particularly enjoy overly fatty and heavy dishes ;) To prepare plov with turkey, you just need to follow the steps. Serve hot.
