Pilaf with bell pepper
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Actually, the pilaf with bell pepper described in my recipe isn't pilaf in the way we usually understand it, but it tastes very similar, hence the name. You should cook the pilaf with bell pepper almost the same way as regular pilaf. The rice should turn out dry and not turn into mush. To achieve this, watch the pilaf with bell pepper carefully and don't add too much water. Good luck with your cooking. Serve hot.
