Tatar-style pilaf
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Then I tried cooking the ingredients in a different order. And voila! I ended up with exactly the same dish I had once tasted. Theoretically, lamb with buckwheat is the best option, but there I had it with rice and chicken. So here's the recipe for you. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Put the washed rice into a saucepan. Place grated carrots, chopped parsley, and celery on top of the rice.
- 2
Step 2
Marinate the meat in spices for at least 30 minutes. Sear the meat in a pan, then carefully transfer it together with the fat onto the vegetables. Add beans or corn to the meat.

Step 3
Pour into the pot with the ingredients water, twice as much as the rice you added.
- 4
Step 4
Place the pilaf over heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to the minimum and cook, covered, for 20 minutes.

Step 5
When the time is up, turn off the heat and let the rice stand for another 30 minutes. The rice is ready, you can serve it!
