
Beef pilaf in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple way to cook beef pilaf in a multicooker. You will need the following ingredients: beef, onion, carrot, cooking oil, various seasonings and spices. Cook using the "Pilaf" program =). There's no need to stir during cooking. The rice turns out fluffy and perfect! Good luck. Serve hot.

Cut the carrots into julienne strips and chop the onion. Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

Add spices to the vegetables: paprika, ground red pepper, saffron, cumin, and barberry. Mix well and add salt to taste.

Place the meat cut into cubes at the bottom of the multicooker bowl. On top, add the vegetables sautéed with spices.

Add the washed rice and a few cloves of garlic. Pour in cold water. Cook using the "Pilaf" program. Do not stir!
