Pilaf with pork ribs
Description
Here I describe how to make plov from pork ribs at home. It may seem quite simple, but it requires some skill. Choose long-grain white rice. If you can get authentic plov spices, your pork rib plov will turn out nearly as delicious as the classic version. But even without them, it will still taste great. This has been tested. Give it a try.
