    Peel the onion and slice. If the onions are small, slice them into half-rings.

    We peel the carrots and, as required for authentic plov, cut them into strips.

    Cut the meat into small cubes, about 1.5-2 cm thick.

    Turn on the "Sauté" mode on the multicooker, add vegetable oil and sauté the onion with carrots until soft.

    Add the meat and, stirring constantly, cook with the lid open until the meat begins to brown.

    Rinse the rice thoroughly and pour it over the meat and vegetables. Place a head of garlic, peeled from the outer skin, in the center, and add spices and salt.
