Rice pilaf
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. "Basmati" rice will work perfectly if you don't have traditional rice varieties on hand. The long grain shape looks very elegant on a plate. Lamb can be replaced with beef, veal, pork, or even chicken. The finished dish can be served immediately.
