Pilaf with pork made from parboiled rice
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, pilaf is a dish of special importance, and its preparation really does take a long time. But still, I believe every homemaker should try cooking this dish at least once in their life. There's nothing complicated about it, but the main thing is to follow all the traditional characteristics of the dish, including the strictly defined spices. I've tried to make my recipe for pilaf with parboiled rice and pork as close to the classic version as possible. I think you'll enjoy it. Serve hot.
