Mussel pilaf
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cooking pilaf using this method is incredibly easy, and the result is very tasty, aromatic, moist, and juicy thanks to the vegetables and mussels. This dish will be a real lifesaver if you need to quickly prepare a delicious and filling lunch, as it requires only one hour of work at the stove. It's best to use fresh mussels, but if fresh ones are hard to find in your region, you can use boiled and frozen mussels instead. This is an excellent recipe, in which I will tell you how. Serve hot.
