
Pilaf made from pasta
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make pilaf from pasta at home, you only need a minimal set of simple ingredients: meat, onion, carrot, and pasta. This pilaf is cooked right in a frying pan, and the whole process takes no more than 1.5 hours. It's called "lazy" because it's quick to prepare and doesn't require any special cooking skills. The finished dish can be served immediately.

1. This pilaf is also called "lazy." Moreover, it is prepared in a somewhat unconventional way, using pasta. We'll use pork as the base, but you can also use chicken or even beef.

2. Transfer the meat to a frying pan and cook until excess liquid evaporates. Season with salt and spices to taste.

3. Add the onion and carrots. Sauté, stirring constantly. The heat should be low.

4. Add the pasta to the meat and pour in water. Add bay leaf, spices, and cover with a lid. Simmer until the pasta is cooked. Do not add more than one cup of water.

5. Cook until done, then remove from heat. That's it, our homemade pasta plov is ready!

6. Serve in portions and garnish with fresh herbs. This pilaf pairs perfectly with pickles.
