Beef plov in a cauldron
Description
Plov cooked over an open fire is quite unusual, but believe me, it's very delicious. The rice absorbs the aromas of the fire, spices, and vegetables, becoming soft and fluffy. You can also add fresh herbs to taste—parsley or cilantro work well. A salad of green leaves, lettuce, and arugula will perfectly complement the dish.
