
Pilaf for a multicooker

Now you know how easy and quick it is to cook pilaf. Having a multicooker truly simplifies the entire cooking process several times over. The pilaf turns out fluffy, aromatic, and very delicious. You can replace the meat with a fattier kind, if desired.

We start preparing pilaf in a multicooker by peeling and rinsing the vegetables under running water. Cut the carrots into rounds, finely chop the onion, and slice the garlic into thin strips.

We also rinse the chicken fillet under water, then cut it into small pieces. This way it will cook much faster and remain juicy.

Set the multicooker to "Baking" mode for 30 minutes. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and begin frying the carrots, onions, and garlic in it.

Fry the vegetables for 10 minutes, then add the chicken meat. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for fifteen minutes.

Now rinse the rice and put it into the multicooker. Pour water over it, add seasoning, and mix everything thoroughly. Close the multicooker lid and set it to the "Pilaf" mode. The pilaf in the multicooker is ready.
