Vegetable pilaf in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a classic recipe for preparing meatless pilaf in a multicooker. Fry onions and carrots in the multicooker, then add cumin, raisins, and barberries. Finally, add rice, pour in water, and cook using the "Pilaf" program. Be sure to add a whole garlic head (previously cut in half) to the pilaf—it will give an amazing aroma! You can remove the garlic afterwards. Serve hot.
