Roach baked in a sleeve with vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. There are countless ways to cook fish in the oven. I recommend baking river fish whole either in foil or in a baking sleeve—this way it turns out tender, juicy, and aromatic. This time, I suggest baking roach in a baking sleeve with vegetables; all the ingredients will absorb each other's flavors and become incredibly delicious. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use roach of any size, but I prefer small roach as it better absorbs the flavors of vegetables and spices, resulting in a tastier dish.

Step 2

Slice the carrots, leek, and onion into not-too-thick rounds so they cook quickly. Mix all the vegetables together, lightly salting them beforehand.

Step 3

Place the vegetables first into a baking bag, lightly sprinkle them with your favorite spices—thyme and basil work very well. Then arrange the cleaned and washed roach in a single layer on top. Sprinkle again with spices and salt. Tie the ends of the bag and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Step 4

Roach baked in a pouch with vegetables is ready. It can be served without a side dish.
